ZDonor is designed as a healthcare and donation matching platform where patients can seek assistance, donors can indicate availability, and healthcare providers can participate in coordinated care.

Step 1 – Register

Patients, donors, doctors, facilities and traditional practitioners create verified accounts through the appropriate workspace.

Step 2 – Request

Patients create structured requests (manual or voice) with location, urgency and supporting documents.

Step 3 – Verification

Requests and accounts pass through the configured verification workflow by authorized verifiers.

Step 4 – Matching

Eligible providers or donors are surfaced according to configured request criteria and location.

Step 5 – Communicate

Platform messages and appointment workflows help coordinate next steps safely.

Step 6 – Receive Care

Requests, appointments, documents and payment states remain visible to authorized users.
